在2月25日贵州大方举办的非遗巡游现场，一条“椒龙”吸睛全场。“中国皱椒之乡”把地方特产变成了节日的主角。烟火气、非遗味、乡土创意，在庆祝中一起“出圈”。

At an intangible cultural heritage parade held in Dafang, Guizhou on February 25, a“Pepper Dragon”stole the spotlight. In this“Home of Zhoujiao Peppers,”a local specialty became the star of the festival. Everyday warmth, living heritage, and rural ingenuity came together in celebration — and instantly went viral.

大方皱椒种植历史悠久，当地温暖湿润的气候和适宜的土壤条件，使辣椒色泽红亮、皱褶明显、香味浓郁。2008年，大方县被授予“中国皱椒之乡”称号。“大方皱椒”也入选国家地理标志保护产品，成为当地最具代表性的特色农产品之一。

Dafang’s Zhoujiao peppers have a long cultivation history. Thanks to the region’s warm, humid climate and suitable soil conditions, the peppers are known for their bright red color, distinctive wrinkled texture, and rich aroma. In 2008, Dafang was officially awarded the title“Home of Zhoujiao Peppers,”and“Dafang Zhoujiao”was listed as a National Geographical Indication–protected product, becoming one of the county’s most iconic agricultural specialties.
